What I often hear…

This is the first of a number posts I will publish on the considerations when planning a  move.

Often times when I am in the middle of helping people sorting items a number of weeks before a move they often make these two remarks. The first one is: “This sorting takes so much energy. It tires me out.”  The second thought is: “Why did I wait so long to do this?” It is human nature to postpone activities that take effort and time. My experience of people who have completed the sorting over time before a move have more energy and are not as stressed mentally and physically. This is going to be the first of a series of posts reflecting the topic of “sorting one’s life” and not being overwhelmed in this process.

First question to ask yourself is: “What is holding me back?”

If your answer is ‘I don’t want to do it alone….’ I can understand this.
